Podgorica, October 14, 2025 – The best Montenegrin companies owned or managed by women will be recognized with the Top Women Business Montenegro (TWBM) 2025 awards at a ceremony to be held at the end of November at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica.

The TWBM awards once again celebrate the excellence, dedication, and leadership strength of women who contribute to improving the business environment in Montenegro. The Top Women Business Montenegro initiative recognizes women behind stable and successful companies, promoting the values of professionalism, transparency, and ethical business practices.

In the category of women-owned companies, awards for the highest business revenues in 2024 will be presented to Angelina Vuković from OSMI RED DOO Podgorica, Milena Klikovac from IK REAL DOO Podgorica, and Jelena Kalezić from ZINZA DOO Podgorica.

In the category of companies managed by women, awards will go to Mirjana Mijušković from GLOSARIJ DOO Podgorica, Snežana Perović from HEMOMONT DOO Podgorica, Anđelka Milutinović from ENTEXT INŽENJERING DOO Podgorica, and Zorica Radonjić from AUTOTAMARIS DOO Tivat.

Within a special category titled NLB Women Empowerment, established this year and intended for holders of the “Women’s Business” label, the 2025 award will be presented to Jasmina Mulić from MARE INVEST DOO Tivat.

The TWBM initiative was launched by the Agency for Strategic Communications and Projects – BI Communication, with the support of Montenegro’s first business information provider, BI Consulting. It is implemented with the institutional support of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and under the general sponsorship of NLB Banka AD Podgorica. Project partners also include MFI Alter Modus and One Montenegro.
