THE CRITERIA
TOP WOMEN BUSINESS MONTENEGRO
ranks all non-financial companies registered in Montenegro that meet *General terms, as well as **Special conditions that imply that those can be treated as:
- WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES
- BUSINESSES MANAGED BY WOMEN
- Businesses that have submitted a correct financial report for the previous year
- Businesses that have got positive capital
- Businesses that have not been on the blocked lists in the last 12 months, with the blocking lasting longer than one day
- Businesses that have not been on the „black lists“ of the Tax Administration of Montenegro in the last 12 months OR properly implement the agreed reprogram
- Businesses which are achieving results continuously (this does not apply to results achieved by one-off business ventures or accounting operations)
- Businesses that are not registered for the activity 9200 Gambling and Betting, nor indirectly connected with entities from this business activity.
- Application of the definition of MEST IWA 34, an international document published on March 8, 2021, by the International Organization for Standardization - ISO, and on July 1, 2021, in the Montenegrin standardization system and the Official Gazette of Montenegro number 072/21. - The definitions above are applied to the extent publicly available data on companies in Montenegro allow it.
