AWARDS

TWBM Awards represents a unique, analytics-based system for recognizing women-led and women-owned businesses in Montenegro.

Following a thorough process of analysis, categorization, and performance evaluation, eight awards are granted to businesses that achieved the highest annual revenue in their respective categories during the previous fiscal year.

With the aim of empowering diverse types of enterprises, awards are presented to:

women-owned businesses in the categories of micro, small, and medium enterprises;
women-led businesses in the categories of micro, small, medium, and large enterprises,
a company that holds the ŽIG “Ženski biznis” certification, valid at the time of assessment (October of the current year); this award was introduced in 2025.

The awards ceremony is more than a celebration — it is a platform where achievements are honored, values affirmed, and standards for the future of women’s leadership are set.

TWBM Awards is a tribute to the effort, resilience, consistency, and impact of women who are shaping the Montenegrin economy.

In line with the mission of the initiative, which involves strengthening the women’s business community and expanding the circle of outstanding female leaders, each year a new company receives the award. In this regard, it has been determined that the same company can only receive the award once every three years. If the awarded company again ranks first in the next two years, the recognition will be given to the next on the list. Achieved results and positions will remain displayed in the rankings.
